The Love Challenge
For the past 10 days, I’ve been doing Social Workout’s Love Challenge, which is the first one that hasn’t had a workout requirement. It’s composed of four “feats” - Body, Mind, Belly and Soul.
Most people have been concentrating on self-love, but I’ve been focusing on getting over my fear of boyfriends (or as I call them, “terrorists”).
