I'm Laura von Holt, an upwardly mobile theatre maven, pinup and guru. It's been said that I am my own alter ego. I'm also smart, pretty, and marginally famous.

These are tales of romance, cocktails, family, friends, internet domination and occasionally being recognized on the street. If you're reading this, you're probably obsessed with me, and that's ok.

I'd like everyone to keep in mind that fame may give you power, but it won't turn on your electric fence.

Also, it's like I wrote in my play: "The people you love are always famous."

My real family is rad. My fake family is just as cool.
